Payments and subscriptions
The first 3 questions are free. After that you can either pay €1 per single question (a one-off charge) or subscribe for €5 per month for unlimited questions. All prices include any applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
The €5/month subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — use the manage-subscription link in the Stripe receipt email you receive after payment, or contact us and we will cancel it for you. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. One-off €1 payments are single-use and do not renew. Because the content is delivered immediately and is digital, completed questions are non-refundable; if something clearly went wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
